Tell me more about PrEP

PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) is a preventive strategy for people who want to protect themselves from contracting HIV. It involves taking a daily pill that significantly reduces the risk of HIV infection.

How does PrEP work?

PrEP works by creating a protective barrier in the body. The medication contains antiretroviral drugs (like those used to treat HIV) that block the virus from establishing a permanent infection if you're exposed to it.

What is getting to zero?

"Getting to Zero" is a state initiative aimed to end the HIV epidemic by 2030 by reducing new HIV infections, HIV-related deaths, and stigma and discrimination to zero.

Have you ever been tested?

Wondering if you've been exposed to HIV or an STI? At Agape, we offer two easy, free ways to get tested:
1. In-person, confidential HIV testing with results in 20 minutes.
2. Free HIV/STI tests sent to your home through our telehealth platform—no insurance needed!

What other services do you offer?
